This Delivery Policy explains how Satya Awakening Academy LLC delivers access to digital products and confirms event registrations.

1) Digital Products / Online Programs

1.1 Delivery Method

Digital products and online programs are delivered electronically. After successful payment:

  • Access may appear immediately on the thank-you / order confirmation page as an access link and/or member login link.
  • We also send an email to the address provided at checkout with access instructions and/or links.

1.2 Delivery Timing

Access is typically provided immediately. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder and promotions tab.
  • Search your inbox for “Satya Awakening Academy”.
  • Contact support@satyaawakeningacademy.com with your name and the email used at checkout.

1.3 Access Responsibility

You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout and saving access details provided on the thank-you page. If you lose access, contact support for assistance.

2) Live Events (In-Person or Virtual)

2.1 Confirmation

When you register for an event, you will receive a confirmation email with event details, which may include:

  • Date and start time (Dubai, UAE time unless stated otherwise)
  • Location/venue details (for in-person events) or access link (for virtual events)
  • Any participation guidelines

2.2 Changes

We may update event details (e.g., venue, time, instructor) for operational reasons. Any material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
