This is a calm, seated, in-person meditation experience held in a professional public setting in Dubai Marina.
You’ll be gently guided through a simple meditation technique designed to help your nervous system settle and your mind become naturally quiet — without forcing, imagining, or performing in any way.
There is no group sharing, no physical contact, and no pressure of any kind.
